AVAILABILITY

Most items fall under the “buy it while you can” category! Garnish Apparel specializes in small runs to keep things fresh and interesting. Typically if your size is not populating or the item shows as “Sold Out” in the quantity field than that item/size is no longer available and likely will not be in stock again. The exception to this rule is when an item is listed as “Bridal - Special Order”. Special orders can not be placed over the website. In order to qualify for a “Special Order” the total value of your order must exceed $1,000 and contain at least 3 pieces of each style ordered. Oops! Occasionally an item may populate with your size on the website, but by the time the order is processed that item is out of stock and unable to be re-stocked. Garnish Apparel deeply apologizes if this happens to you and will notify you immediately upon attempting to process the order.

PROCESSING / SHIPPING

All website orders will be processed within 5-10 business days. Shipping will be via USPS Priority mail. Therefore your package should arrive 2-3 business days after the order is shipped. You will also be notified of any delays beyond 10 days after placing your order. Please call if you have not received your order or heard from us after 14 days of placing your order.

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Garnish Apparel.

RETURN POLICY

Garnish Apparel would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure the continued quality of your items please follow all washing instructions. Please also note that some items are very delicate and need to be treated with a little extra care, especially when putting on and taking off garments. When purchasing please refer to the sizing chart to help select the proper size for you.

Should you find that you were shipped an item that is unsatisfactory for any reason please return the item(s) within 14 days of the date it was shipped to you. Please include your receipt and the following information which helps us credit you or make an exchange: Name, phone number, email address, reason of return, and whether you would like to return or exchange the item(s). The item(s) should be unused, in good condition, and with the tags still on. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or special order bridesmaid’s garments. You are responsible for properly packaging the item(s) being returned (please use packaging that is waterproof). We recommend you ensure the package as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return items. When we receive your item(s) we will refund your credit card (less shipping charges) or ship you a replacement (according to your preference). We do not refund any shipping charges and will not accept a COD delivery.

If you have a garment that develops a quality issue which you feel is unusual after the initial14 days please inform us about it by email or phone. Returns for these items are subject to approval. We appreciate your input as this information helps us avoid similar quality issues in the future.
