Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once it is submitted we can not guarantee that we will be able to modify it if needed.
Payment Methods
Online we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Garnish gift certificates. In the boutique we accept the aforementioned methods as well as cold, hard cash.
Purchasing and Redeeming Gift Certificates
When you buy a gift certificate on the website you will fill out a short form with the recipient’s name, email, etc. and the gift certificate will be added to your shopping cart. An automatic email will be sent to the recipient with the gift certificate details. The recipient can then use it online at checkout and the amount will automatically be deducted from their shopping cart. For example, if the gift certificate is for $100 and they purchase a skirt for $50, $50 will remain on their balance. The gift certificate number will stay the same and can be used until completely spent. If the recipient chooses to use the gift certificate in the boutique we will update the amount accordingly to allow any remaining balance to be used online.
If you are buying a gift certificate for yourself just put your e-mail and name in the recipient detail fields
Order Processing Time
Your order will be processed within 1 – 3 days of receipt (excluding major holidays). Please see below for estimated delivery times.
Domestic Shipping
Standard delivery within the US (including AK and HI) is USPS Priority mail which should take 2 -3 business days to arrive. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Please see the below chart for charges:

Express Mail is available to the continental US only and it takes 1 – 2 business days. Please add an additional $19 for express mail. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can not be expedited.

Delivery is via USPS Priority mail which should take 6 - 10 business days to arrive. Please see the below chart for charges:

International Shipping - All other countries serviced by the USPS
Delivery is via USPS Priority mail which should take 1 – 4 weeks to arrive (often the timeframe depends on the customs department of the destination country). Please see our FAQs page for information on duties and taxes). Please see the below chart for charges:

Ways to save on international shipping...
If you are ordering one small item that is over $50 please feel free to call or email us (with the subject “shipping internationally”) before placing your order. We could tell you if we are able to fit it in a flat rate envelope which would mean at least a $15 savings to Canada and Mexico and a $31 savings to other countries. If so, we could refund you the difference after your order is placed.
If you prefer to have your package shipped First Class Mail International (which is less expensive, but does not provide tracking) please add a comment when you order and we can look into it for you. If there is a significant price savings we can credit you the difference (please note: there will be a $5 handling fee if we ship First Class Mail International as we will need to take your package to the post office).
Orders with multiple estimated ship dates
(i.e. a pre-order and a current collection order)
If your order contains a pre-order which is not scheduled to ship immediately at checkout you will be given two options for shipping your items. The first option will allow you to hold all pieces until your order is complete allowing you to save on shipping by having only one package shipped. The second option will allow you to ship the items as soon as they are available. Shipping costs will be determined by the dollar amount for each package to be shipped.
