TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability. In order to contract with Garnish, LLC you must possess a valid credit or debit card. Garnish, LLC retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

THE CONTRACT

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods, which you ordered, have been dispatched to you.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our Site. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any Web site is completely free of human or technological errors. This Site may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Please understand that our pieces are made in very limited quantities and pieces typically can not be remade once an item has sold out (however, please feel free to call to check: 503.282.3200). When an item featured on garnishapparel.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact us at 503.282.3200 10am – 5 pm PST.

Please note that not all pieces available in our boutique are available on our website. If you are interested in purchasing something you saw in the boutique but not on the website please call to place an order over the phone.

Our boutique and website may also have different prices or promotional events at different times. Sale prices on the website may be Internet-only specials and do not reflect the pricing at the Garnish boutique. Similarly, we may offer in-store only sales which will not be available on the website.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.

PAYMENT

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Orders will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

SHIPPING

Goods will not be shipped until payment has been approved and processed. Please refer to our Shipping page for our shipping policy.

CURRENCY

All prices are charged in US dollars.

TAXES

Garnish, LLC is located in Oregon where there is no sales tax (as if you needed another reason to purchase from Garnish)!

If you are an international customer please note that you are responsible for payment of any and all import duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs department for further information.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Garnish, LLC, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use this Site or your breach of the Terms of Service.

ADJUSTMENTS & ADMENDMENTS

Garnish, LLC has the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Terms of Service and/or any page of this Site.
